Yes the food, in all of its authentically prepared glory, is the undisputed star, but the way the surrounding elements pay tribute is a pretty special lesson in the power of purposeful, intentional design. And that’s something that translates to home kitchens, as well; after all, you don’t need a marketplace to create a food-centric gathering space.
