Over the past few months, as we began opening our doors to visitors and welcoming guests again to our factory in Charleston's Old Naval Yard, a complex that traverses multiple buildings and houses numerous specialties from fabrication to finishing, we were vicariously reminded of the power of fully experiencing first-hand how something is made. Here, between these walls, where our craftsmen stand shoulder to shoulder, solving problems and innovating processes, you can truly see their artistry in action. You can touch their materials, grasping both their heft and fragility. And you can feel a common mission of breaking down the borders between people and possibilities come to life each and every day. It is a collective effort that we're incredibly proud of and never take for granted.
