The Master of Urban Interiors: Steven Gambrel

When we envision the idealized version of a refined city space where our lights might live, a place both coveted and comfortable, elegant yet approachable, polished and livable with every aspect considered from the art to the architecture, we more often than not find ourselves picturing a project from designer Steven Gambrel. Perhaps no living designer better exemplifies this rarefied approach to timeless design in urban environments. From his perch in Manhattan’s West Village, Steven conjures fully realized worlds for his clients that capture the sophistication of life in a modern metropolitan home. Though his talents also extend to other equally enviable locations from the country to the coast, his impact on urban interiors has been nothing short of remarkable.
