A service that takes luxury to the next level, FLEET is our way of extending the hand-touched Urban Electric Co. experience to final delivery for clients in eligible markets. Here’s how it works. Upon delivery in one of our resident facilities—which currently service Charleston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami and New York City—orders handled through FLEET will be received by one of our skilled artisans to ensure they are free of any potential shipping damage. Next, that same artisan will deliver your complete and perfect order, either immediately or on schedule with your project timeline, to you. As part of the program, we also offer complimentary white glove delivery and debris removal service, as well as assembly assistance should your electrician require it during installation—all of which promise a seamless install accompanied by first-person knowledge and assistance each step of the way.
